" My Selfie Woodcut Plan"

My word/emotion is happiness because I like being happy. Happiness makes people become more compassionate, creative and energetic that reflects to our art works.

 My most inspiring printmaker is Kathe Kollwitz beacuse she makes really deep and sad prints which are opposites to my preferences but she's really good at it and I want to be able to do prints like hers.

In my final work I want to make it recognizable without adding much details to it.

 My next step is drawing my portrait

    I love the sentence 'make it recognisable without too much detail' that says you really care about the sophistication that is simplicity. Less is more. It is by far one of the classiest design principles I have ever been taught! Good work in class and on your blog lovely lady.
